Omelet  and Avocado
-  I had 3 eggs out of which 2 eggs are just white and 1 egg with the yellow part. Now cut 1 onion and 1 tomato mix all 3 in a bowl and add little salt and pepper. It has total calories about 280 to 340, 
based on  2,000 calories on daily values.
 Protein - 19 g 
It has Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12, Calcium, Iron and Magnesium.
-  An average size Avocado has 276 calories, protein - 1.4 g, dietary fiber 4.3 g.                                    
It has Vitamin A, C, E, K and  B6.                              
It is also called as Alligator Pear.
